Towradgi Beach Hotel, owned by Oscars Hotels, is a south coast go-to destination with accommodation close to the beach. The hotel is stylish and has a spacious interior with modern furnishings. 

As the site needed to automate its IPTV solution, Philips and the hotel approached our team to execute this. We offered our assistance, presented a solution, and completed it with minimal disruption. 

Our understanding of multiple TV brands, including the Philips MediaSuite, allowed us to address the following:

• Identify and resolve issues caused by poor initial deployment completed by another installer.
• Introduction of critical features that were missing but necessary to operate the MediaSuite such as App Controller and Check-in/Check-out using the Command Server
• Work with existing infrastructure and 3rd party organisations efficiently. 
• Offer valuable training sessions for the hotel staff. 
• Ensured the Netflix integration to the MediaSuite was completed and running as expected.
